Since 2011, I've been asking people, "Have you tried turning it off and on again?". When I wasn't in school, I'd be working on websites, telling people which computers to buy, and getting the WiFi to work (actually, I did this in school too), just to name a few of my specialties. Ever since I took apart my first computer, I've been fascinated with technology. Anything that contained wires was often reduced to pieces of plastic, metal, and screws.
My IT career started out by showing people how to use their computers, which I eventually turned into a business. Now I provide professional IT services to businesses and individuals. Many of my skills are self-taught, and I learn more every day. IT consulting is a broad field, and I mainly focus on computer maintenance/repair, network solutions, and teaching individuals.
Currently, I'm a first-year Computer Science undergrad at the University of Victoria, in British Columbia, Canada! I moved over 600km, from my home town where I provided IT consulting services, to the beautiful city of Victoria.
